Note: Minimum order of 6 kits applies to custom orders. Additional charges may apply if each kit within the custom order is to be further customized for each guest.

TRAVEL
Ottawa and surrounding areas within 20 km: Included
For locations beyond 20 km, a travel fee starting at $15 may apply depending on distance.
We'll confirm your travel fee before booking.
BOOKING & POLICIES
Deposit: A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your event date. The deposit is applied toward the total booking price and is subject to any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable Ontario law.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 75% is due on event day, before Brixlie begins event setup.
Final Participant Count: Your final participant count is due 5 days before the event. One bracelet is included per confirmed participant. Additional participants, bracelets and charms are subject to availability and applicable fees.
RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
10+ days before your event:
You may request to reschedule your event once, at no additional charge, subject to availability. Your 25% booking deposit will be transferred to your new event date, and the remaining 75% is due before Brixlie begins event setup on the day of the event.
Note: Additional fees may apply if there is more than one request to reschedule.
Less than 10 days before your event:
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may not be accommodated. If we are able to accommodate a last-minute rescheduling request, your 25% booking deposit will be retained by Brixlie and you will be required to pay a 25% non-refundable booking deposit to secure your rescheduled event date. The remaining 75% is due before Brixlie begins event setup on the day of the event.
Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original event date.
Each booking may be rescheduled once.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your 25% booking deposit is non-refundable, subject to any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable Ontario law.
